On-Site Service:

Our service staff will take your information and forward it to our on-site technician. The technician will then call you back as soon as possible to schedule the appointment. The on-site technician will give you a full repair estimate including parts and labor.

In-Shop Service:

Our staff will take your information and schedule your pickup or you may deliver the machine to our office. If the machine is under Warranty please attach any pertinent paperwork or notes. CTS staff will notify you after the repairs are completed. When a machine comes in, it is checked into our service queue. In a maximum of 4 hours the technician will call you with a diagnosis. The technician will give you a full repair estimate including parts and labor.
